Cancellation & No-Show Policy (48 Hours Required)

If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, the following fees apply:

First late cancellation or missed appointment: 50% of the appointment price will be charged to the card on file.

Second and subsequent late cancellations or missed appointments: 100% of the appointment price will be charged to the card on file.

Sick Policy: If you have a fever or test positive for COVID, the late-cancellation fee will be waived. Otherwise, if you’re feeling under the weather but do not have a fever and have not tested positive for COVID, please come as scheduled.
